ABOUT ME

I am Susan Kravick and I am the owner of Kravick Real Estate Services in Westfield, Wisconsin. I was the owner broker at Kravick Realty since starting the company in 1980. After I sold the business in 2020 I continued my property management business, Kravick Real Estate Services. However, I have always enjoyed working with the sellers and buyers, and missed the real estate sales side of the business, so I now offer real estate sales in addition to property management.  I have a home office but, as we all know, an office is anywhere there is internet and a laptop. 

Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or looking to sell your property for the best value, I am committed to delivering exceptional results.

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Buyer Steps​

  1. Get prequalified - Talk to a local lender, who knows the area, to look over your financial situation to determine that you meet the requirements. 

  2. Preview Properties - Begin house hunting with your real estate agent to find a house that fits your needs and is within your budget. 

  3. Showing - Take a walk through the house(s) you think are the right fit for you.

  4. Offer - Make an offer on the home. 

  5. Contingencies - Work with the lender, appraiser, and inspector to make sure everything is running smoothly.

  6. Closing - Finish up the last few requirements and become a new homeowner!

Seller Steps

  1. Prepare your home - Take the time to clean, de-clutter, and make necessary repairs to make the house look appealing to potential buyers. 

  2. Pricing - Figure out how much your house is worth because if your home is priced right, it will sell quickly.

  3. Showing - Once you are ready to show off your home, we will take pictures to show potential buyers.

  4. Offers - You can either accept, reject, or make a counter offer via email or in-person.

  5. Closing - Sign the paperwork to finish the process.
